At Lemma, Karel leads the firm’s growth and external strategy. He sets the vision and direction of the company, oversees client success, and represents Lemma across the Web3 ecosystem. From guiding operational design to forging partnerships with leading DAOs, foundations, and service providers, Karel ensures Lemma delivers excellence while driving long-term sustainability and growth.
